As a first home buyer, our very first building experience with Bellevue was amazing. We had a lot of things we wanted when we built our dream home, Bellevue Design and Construction told us they can make anything happen and will try their best to make us happy. When they said they will include everything for us, they literally did everything we wanted and all within our budget! We have tried going to other builders beforehand and we didn't get much options in terms of the product and materials offered for a reasonable price. At Bellevue, their standard baseline feels and looks premium which gave us more options to choose when it came to tiles, cupboards and tapware etc. Not only was the team always accessible to talk to, we often make last minute changes and the team was always comforting and don't mind us changing our draw plans or materials whenever we talk to them. Thank you Bellevue. My experience with Bellevue has been a pleasure. This is not my first build, i previously built before. However my experience this time around is completely different. Carol and the team made it a easy ride. Carol listened to my needs, guided me through of what i need to achieve what i wanted. She designed a perfect home for my tricky block that has easement on it. Her work showed she clearly understanding my goal, it is for an investment home, i do not want cheap build, i want good quality and good value. She told me, we need to build it right to get the best value in return. It was a stress-free process that Carol taken care of all steps for me, even given me a fortnightly construction update. And Thanks to Alisha, the color consultant, who is friendly and professional. I selected a color palette that she put together for me after our initial color brief. The day i picked up my keys, walked into the new home, i love every part of it. From the exterior colors to interior fixtures, i was very impressed. I got many good feedback from my property manager and my friends. They are definitely a very reliable builder and with good quality! I will recommend to everyone i know who are looking at building new home.
